Memorial Weekend in O'neill 2010

We had so much fun this weekend at grandpa's big farm.  I asked Marcus on Sunday if he was ready to go home and he said, "NEVER!", in quite a growley tone.  Marcus got to swim in the creek....he also got to experience a leach. They found a painter turtle and we all rode in the back of the truck.  Marcus also learned how to pee outside.  He had a lot of firsts this weekend.  Molly's big first, was that she is now walking all over...ALL over.

Marcus also go to see a big turkey, some cows, and a deer ran right by us when he was flying a kite.  Marcus caught his first fish, and Matt caught his first fish, in like 20 years.  Marcus, and all the kids, were literally, in swimsuits for 2 days, with no naps and without eating any food with nutritional value.  Sounds like a good time!  I was exhausted!

There was just a weight on the end, no hook.  Sometimes it worked better for Marcus to put the fishin pole down, and throw the weight.  Whatever works!

This is how happy Molly wakes up from her nap!  Pretty cute, for a toothy little grin!

Molly loves to be chased around our house.  Good thing Marcus loves to chase her around.  I feel bad for her little knees!

This is when she usually gets tackled and I have to break it up!  Like I said, she likes to be chased, but not caught!

I have decided that every cute picture of my kids includes a dirty face.  Does that mean my kids are most happy, and cute, just after a meal?  Perhaps.  Either way, here are some fun pictures.

computer issues....

I have so many cute picture to put on here, unfortunately the computer with photoshop on it, is not working.  This week, Molly will be 1 and Marcus will be 3 and Marcus is soo excited for his birthday party.  Molly will be excited when I put a cupcake in front of her!  Hopefully, I will have pictures again next week.
